Cut paneer into thin slices or grate it. Finely chop tomatoes. Four slices of bread form a sandwich. Butter one slice of bread on one side and the other three slices on both sides. Spread green chutney on one of these three slices and some grated cucumber (after squeezing it) on top. Sprinkle salt and pepper on it. Place another slice on it, put the paneer slices and sprinkle mint, salt and pepper on it. Place the third slice over it. Apply tomato sauce and put the tomato pieces on top.
