The highest opening weekend film of 2015, dancing sequel ABCD 2, is in news for the most awful reason.

One of the back dancers, Nilesh Nirbhavane, has been arrested in the rape charge of a 14-year-old mentally challenged girl from Mumbai.

Nilesh, along with his friends, had been sexually assaulting the girl for the past 3 months at different isolated spots like public toilets, etc.

The girl’s teacher sensed something wrong in her behavior after which the teen revealed about the heinous act. She described the physical features of her rapist, which led to Nilesh’s arrest.

According to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Vinay Kumar Rathod, the convict has confessed his crime. The accused has been booked under Sections 376D (gang rape), 377 (unnatural offences) and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the Indian Penal Code. However, the other accused are still missing.

Our heart goes out to that girl and we hope that Nilesh gets a strict punishment.
